Dr. Judy H. Lui, MD, DOM, FAAPDr. Lui was born in Taiwan, and received her Doctor of Medicine in 1992 from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Kosair Children’s Hospital in Louisville, KY and has practiced medicine in Albuquerque since 1995, working with Presbyterian Medical Group, and Presbyterian Healthcare Services. Dr. Lui received her Doctor of Oriental Medicine in 2003. Dr. Lui has also contributed her medical services in Kenya and serves on the Board of Directors for the Global Health Partnership. Julian F. Dr. Rowe was born into a tradition of medicine. Born in Chicago, IL. Dr. Rowe’s grandfather was one of the early African American doctor’s in South Carolina in the 1900’s. Continuing the legacy, Dr. Rowe received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. Dr. Rowe then received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of California School of Medicine in San Diego. Dr. Rowe performed his residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He went on to receive his Masters in Public Health in Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan.
